I have worked in the field for five years throughout which, I have gained valuable experience in leather technology, material analysis, and research methodologies. My recent research studies have been on eco-friendly tanning methods to produce vegetable tanned leathers, and I have published two peer reviewed journals on the same.   As a detail-oriented professional, I have actively contributed to developing and refining processes that have significantly improved the quality and durability of leather and leather products. My hands-on experience with a variety of tanning techniques, chemical analysis, quality control measures and development of standards has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in leather research and development. I have also established a brand name in Kenya called Jimmysmallco, which specializes in crafting various leather products such as belts, wallets, purses, and bags. Through this venture, I have honed my design skills and paid meticulous attention to product development detailing.
