*   Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
*   Knowledge of ADPʼs General Ledger procedures and entries to record financial transactions and maintaining a balance of debits and credits.

*   Manage over 90 client payrolls.
*   Able to research tax laws and understand State/Local tax reciprocity.
*   Provide accurate and timely resolution for incoming client calls regarding UKGʼs payroll system and payroll inquiries.
*   Research, analyze, and resolve simple to highly complex problems such as system navigation, direct deposits, W-2's, and tax filing.
*   Add new hires to payroll, including pay rates, benefits, and proper tax jurisdiction (local and state).
