I am currently a Membership Associate with the Atlanta Hawks, but before moving to Atlanta, I worked in the Kansas State Atheltic Department's marketing division, Fan Experience and Sales. In this role, I was able to learn and hone my skills in both even marketing as well as online and email marketing. I am always looking to push myself to grow to be the best I can be.

I have my degree in Marketing but also attained a minor in Mass Communications and certifications in the Business of Sports and Entertainment as well as Professional Strategic Selling.

Kansas State University

·      Meet and exceed daily expectations of 75-100 outbound calls to prospects
·      Set and complete appointments weekly, making recommendations as a full menu personal consultant for prospects
·      Game day responsibilities such as sales tables, assisting with multiple departments, and meeting with clients

·      Utilize creative thinking skills to entertain fans during promotions with limited stadium capacity and without using the fields or courts for 2020 season

·      Prepare for and assist in making videos with athletes to be shown during sporting events
·      Run music for volleyball, men's and women’s basketball, and baseball games to keep crowds engaged
·      Assist in the 2021 Refill the Bill marketing campaign that resulted in the largest football attendance since November of 2019
·      Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create digital graphics for weekly student emails

Undergraduate Assistant

·      Attend networking events to network and assist in lead generation
·      Plan and execute promotional games and pick and edit music to be played during promotions for home games using Adobe Audition
·      Plan and execute theme nights to drive sales for designated games
·      Plan, film, direct, and edit promotional videos for themed games or announcement videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
·      Brainstorm and create Instagram and Facebook graphics using Adobe Photoshop

Groups and Promotions Intern

·      Lead a grant writing team in obtaining a grant of $275,000 from Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program
·      Assisted the Marketing team with a social media promotion to give away free gas for a year through the use of Instagram and Facebook
·      Used creative thinking to assist with the branding of two new branches of the company, a restaurant, and a car wash, that were completed in January 2021

Business Intern

·      Started communication between SportsMe and KSU Fan Experience staff to start using the app to engage students and KSU alumni
·      Utilize Instagram analytics to determine which Instagram posts do better than others and come up with posting plans

There is a rep of the month for the hardest working and the rep who has the best revenue. Out of 30 colleagues, I won this award for the hardest working April, May, and June of 2022.
