Wheelhouse Responsibilities
·        Quota management per tow, reconciles, and updates changes as directed, tracks MRA’s and regulation changes.

·        Inventory management and ordering for medical, factory production, and deck gear
·        Maintains and knowledgeable of all fishing & Safety requirements from state to federal level in accordance with USCG ADF&G NOAA NMFS.
·        Coordinates offloads: requests petty cash, vehicle PO’s, contacts vendors, arranges dock space, travel arrangements and clinic visits

Factory Responsibilities
·        In charge of Quality Assurance on the boat, making final decisions regarding quality of fish
·        Coordinate walk through of HACCP and GMP paperwork along with a full factory walkthrough for USDC audits
·        Maintains all daily and weekly HACCP paperwork
·        Enforce GMP’s and Sanitation protocols
·        Provide multiple daily quality checks, ensuring communication between factory foreman and wheelhouse
·        Coordinate with corporate Quality Assurance on testing plans and sampling frequency, plans end of trips samples
·        Adheres to all daily requirements per vessel and company quality standards
