I worked in the shipping department for about 1 year, I was in charge of getting the orders ready and doing all the paper work. Then I worked in the final assembly department as a lead, so when the supervisor wasn’t there I would take over the department and make sure all the orders where good to go, looked over 20 employees .

This includes scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity. Making sure that all orders are shipped out on time, in accordance with deadlines and customer expectations.Ensuring that all shipments comply with legal regulations, including safety standards, export/import laws, and company policies.Addressing any issues that occur during the shipping process, such as delays, damaged goods, or misrouted shipments. Providing training to new and existing staff to ensure that they are up-to-date on best practices and procedures. Identifying areas where the shipping process can be improved for efficiency, cost savings, or better service delivery.
