My name is James Anderton. I am passionate about helping others to become the best versions of themselves by empowering people to learn about themselves, others and the world around them in order to create a more welcoming and inclusive community.

*   Plan and execute both on and off campus events and activities that further the mission of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Events included Unity in Diversity Days, Breaking Bread and Heritage Months.
*   Oversaw and managed Unity House operations which included budgets management, staff and graduate fellow supervision and development, and advised affinity clubs
*   Developed and designed curriculum for the ASCEND Program, a leadership development program that empowers BIPOC, first gen students and other student populations to become leaders in their communities and career fields.
