Beyond my academics, I am deeply involved in various leadership roles and community-oriented initiatives thanks to the NITK Community that paved path for this. Serving as the Lead Organizer for TEDxNITKSurathkal, I found fulfilment in being part of a diverse team and leading multiple TEDx events in various capacities. Student Strategy Consultant

Sales Excellence Charter: Improved productivity and optimized customer acquisition cost (CAC) of Telesales by overseeing a team of over 400 callers across the entire fleet management product lifecycle.

*   Created monthly sales & operations planning by setting targets, projecting labor requirements, standardizing procedures, implementing quality control, benchmarking incentives and managing stakeholder expectations via cross-functional collaboration.
*   Launched “Plan Extension” - a new discount scheme for Truck GPS sales in Oct '22 which provided an 18% hike in sales in the 1st implementation month and ensured a 15%  reduction in overall CAC of the process. 
*   Identified pain points within the Indian trucking market, conducted customer interviews, and executed Fuel Card telesales pilots, culminating in a user-centric go-to-market strategy with (Lifetime Value : Acquisition Cost) Ratio surpassing 1 in three months.
*   Crafted an entry-sales strategy encompassing an initial market analysis for lead generation, the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs), formulation of pricing models, and enhancement of sales presentations for the transporter (Demand) sector within Blackbuck's Marketplace Application, resulting in a 2.2% conversion rate achievement by the telesales team.

*   Managed multiple high-impact analytical projects while utilizing strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose root causes and implement solutions, resulting in a 15% voluntary attrition reduction across three departments within three months.
