I was born and raised in the underprivileged Republic of the Congo but moved to Cape Town, South Africa, to seek a career in the tourist travel sector. I have worked as a tour director/guide for over ten years in South Africa I relocated to Boston, Massachusetts, and Portland, Maine, in the United States, where I continued to expand my industry knowledge. I volunteered as a customer service representative at Maine Medical Center, a local general hospital, to improvise his customer service skills.
I am now working as an independent tour advisor
