I’ve always been interested in designing boutique hotels. When I was offered an opportunity to work with one, I jumped at the chance to immerse myself in hotel development, funding, and operations while contributing to their digital enhancements.

*   ● Led the full digital experience for the new boutique hotel brand launch, including website redesign, digital
*   concierge experience, contactless check-in, and marketing streams. Scheduled to launch in Q4.

Digital Product + Strategy Director

*     Drove the product strategy and vision for multiple product lines andinitiatives, including the Learning Management System (LMS) Platform, an innovative online escape room game, a platform integration initiative, and behavior change measurement derived from data within our analytics platform.
*   ● Achieved an exceptional 3.2x increase in revenue during my tenure by implementing strategic initiatives, including stabilizing our primary revenue-driving product, "Teams: CyberEscape Online," to maximize customer retention, successfully internationalizing our platform through translations and database expansion to support global growth, and overhauling the LMS UI for improved user experience, and launching action plans for the innovative Human Risk Management platform.
*   ● Instrumental in creating outcome-driven roadmaps that aligned the company's efforts with clear objectives, emphasizing the "why" and the expected impact.
*   ● Analyzed and prioritized the needs of target customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to inform product development decisions.

*   Provided strategic product management expertise, focusing on ecommerce, digital presence, and hospitality industries. Managed a diverse client portfolio, including Hallmark, Le Pain Quotidien, GNC, Suddath, and PODS.
*   ● Leveraged market research, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product direction recommendations and prioritize initiatives aligned with business KPIs and client vision.
*   ● Defined and maintained product roadmaps, user stories, and design/development backlogs concurrently for multiple clients, efficiently using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
*   ● Owned requirements synthesis and documentation, ensuring clear communication and alignment among cross-functional teams.
*   ● Managed execution and delivery of product backlogs, bringing product visions to life while maintaining a strong focus on client objectives.
*   ● Led Scrum and Design Sprint ceremonies for cross-functional agile teams, collaborating closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Engineers, Architects, QA Engineers, Content Strategists, and Data Analysts.
*   ● Evaluated and optimized team processes, resulting in improved output quality, enhanced teamwork, and increased efficiency, ultimately fostering greater team satisfaction.
*   ● Successfully integrated analytics tools, including New Relic, Adobe Launch, and Firebase/Google Analytics, to capture and utilize data on user behavior, identify workflow issues, address conversion blocks, and enhance technical performance for our clients.
