UEI College

•      Organize and label inventory materials.
•      Monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely. 
•      Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions. 
•      ABC Cycle counts all items in storage and warehouse to identify and correct discrepancies on items at the location level as needed. 
•      Troubleshoots all special work order problems from time of receipt to shipping. 
•      Confirm physical inventory matches ERP inventory upon request.
•      Assist with mid-month mass physical inventory counts (typically early mornings).
•      Responsible for entering transactions daily for cycle count adjustments, transfers, issues, mixing logs, outside warehouse transfers and QA Move tickets in MAS.
•      Responsible for maintaining inventory and releasing items out of MRB once approved by QA. 
•      Root cause explanations to finance at the end of the month for write offs throughout the month including scrap material, adjustments, expired material and STK issues.
•      Enter STK issue transactions daily.
