Hey! My name is Ginny Brown! I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years and have been working in geriatric rehab for many years. I am very personable and outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people and trying new things. I played college basketball at Georgia State University and graduated with a degree in Sociology and Kinesiology. Which led me to my post graduate studies at UAB. I fell in love with physical fitness and helping clients to adapt to a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercise, which is my passion. This then led myself to sn opportunity into the home health field of geriatric rehab. I’m very passionate about both fields and makes it easy to get up and go to work everyday. 

My father graduated with a BS at Vanderbilt and played college football/coached, so I have always been a huge fan of the university. I bleed black and gold. I absolutely love athletics as they have been apart of my life as long as I have known and this opportunity came through my email as I had to apply.

Received a full scholarship to play college basketball and achieve my degree.
