Giambattista is currently working as temporary replacement for a Research Scientist position within the Biophysics unit at Evotec with a focus on protein production and started in September 2023.
Major part of his professional activities is to design protein constructs, to conduct the scouting, expression and purification of labelled proteins suitable for bioNMR studies. Giambattista is supporting a small protein production team with one lead senior scientist and one lab technician.
During his period at Evotec Giambattista was well integrated in the team and is supporting the requested tasks with highest quality. He shows excellent scientific and communication skills. Beside his expertise in protein production he is also showing excellent skills in application of biophysical techniques in drug discovery approaches.
Giambattista's contract will end in August 2024.
