I moved from Italy to New York at the age of 14. My professional ambition is to use my excellent communications skills to raise awareness for societal issues while helping spotlight underrepresented issues, individuals and groups in media.

▪ I wrote three to five features per week with WordPress, researching trending topics using Google analytics.
▪ Constructed compelling visual layouts for articles, implementing videos and images to supply text, resulting in increased traffic on The Gamer’s website.
▪ Maintained active communication with colleagues and editors using Slack while working remotely. I also used Asana, a content management system, to pitch original topics and improve the website’s contents.

Features Reporter

▪ While interning at the Herald during college, I researched, developed, and wrote multiple news articles every week, covering local news, events, politics, and health.
▪ Wrote multiple front page stories on a weekly basis.
▪ I also produced and shot my own video packages and photo-essays to supplement online editions of my stories.

▪ Curated creative product advertising while effectively targeting relevant markets through TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X.
▪ Managed communications with clients to issue weekly newsletters and originally produced media.

▪ I offer support for clients who travel to the US and Canada, reaching over 100 people on a weekly basis, 250+ during high seasons; I also submit a weekly report of every interaction and assistance given to these clients.
▪ I manage airport transfers and coordinate with other businesses to ensure clients reach their flights on time. Under my supervision and in my first year, no one has missed their flight among thousands of clients.
▪ I also sell packages based on individual needs, which I identify according to clients’ itineraries and booking history. These packages include Neos Air tickets, that I meticulously book and sell through dedicated a POS.
