I am Elisabeth, a Generation Z student in the Bay Area whose passion is writing with public relations. I believe writing brings people together to celebrate and challenge ways of thinking through storytelling. With a major in public relations, I can help build the bridge between corporate America and the people — and with income inequality being one of the defining issues of our time these relations must be supported now more than ever.

Cupertino High School

Compassionately served as the communication center that built credibility with customer base. Commended by supervisor for tailoring written, verbal, and visual communication to customer base. Duties included answering and transferring 40+ phone calls daily, operating multiple computer processing systems, accommodating guests, and clerical tasks. Successfully trained a new receptionist and collaboratively worked to implement the COVID-19 vaccine administration campaign.

Maintained records related to sales, returns, and inventory availability regarding hospital gift shop. Managed financial transactions, liaised with customers, and occasionally translated Spanish. Worked with team to collaboratively set weekend day revenue record. Trained 2 new volunteer-interns and promoted to team leader.
