Receiving wine from importers and local producers into collectors private storage accounts via a proprietary database which allows clients to manage their collections remotely via our website. The process of cataloging the wines requires working within a web based environment that is linked to our proprietary wine id database, as well as through a secondary stand alone warehouse management system which insured location awareness and rapid accessibility when customers would request wines to be pulled and shipped to them.  Wines were categorized through individual wine identifications within our database. Those would be vintage, country, region, producer, varietal, and any number of other variables that might also be present and that would be crucial to accurately differentiate wines within a single vintage and from a series of vintages. Therefore the database was always being updated and enlarged through constant research/editing of new wines, pre-existing id's with new/missing informat
