Concordia University Wisconsin

Member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing day to day operations for over 500+ staff and over 60 programs. Collaborates with other executive leaders and provides leadership for agency-wide implementation, practice, and institutionalization of initiatives and efforts to improve program service delivery. Overall responsible for agency strategic direction and growth.
Partners with WCS Vice-President of Finance and Business to develop agency risk management plan and jointly oversee efforts to mitigate risks.  
**_Accomplishments_**                                           
·   Provided direct oversight to Human Resources, Fundraising, Marketing and Performance and Quality Improvement departments including budget financial planning, acquisitions and talent development.
·   Instituted internal job equity and market compensation study as part of agency strategic planning
·   Implemented agency strategic plan including asset and program growth, quality improvement and all other objectives and initiatives.
·   Created dashboard to monitor progress of agency long term DEI planning. This included centralizing DEI efforts and developing equity council to oversee efforts of infinity groups throughout the organization.
·   Developed marketing campaign through partnerships with media and other local entities to bring awareness of programs, services and mission of the organization to the Milwaukee community.

Vice President of Operations

Use data to drive insight for organization and external clients. This approach combines analytical tools of data science with an applied understanding of social sciences. The research and analytics done at Black Orchid serve to better understand dynamic multi-scale problems.

●      Project Manager for all internal and external stakeholder accounts ( Black Orchid Research LLC, Confidence Continuum LLC,)
●      Responsible for oversight of all financial planning and fundraising
●      Implementation of company website to AWS cloud service through EC2 instance. Utilize route 53 to register domain.
●      Maintains relational database. Proficient in SQL
●      Analyzed unstructured and structured data. Proficient in data mining and text mining for thorough analysis
●      Responsible for all data visualization through use of either Power BI or Tableau. This allowed for analysis to be presented in a concise and succinct manner
Analyze survey data through Qualtrics resulting in various local small businesses being able to make good, informed business decisions regarding implementation of new services and scale.

Founder and President

Member of the Executive Team, charged with upholding the organization’s mission and delivery of services to achieve strategic goals. Oversaw staff of 250+ including all operations and activities of the Child and Family Wellbeing Program with an annual budget of $22.1. Overall responsible for the development, coordination, and monitoring of contract and program outcomes. 
**_Accomplishments_**                                           
·   In 2021 secured a long-term contract totaling $144M for child welfare services in Milwaukee County.
·   Grew minority vendor business partnerships by 10% in two years through community outreach and marketing.
·   Managed program annual performance KPIs through status updates, coaching, and providing support to teams which resulted in a 90% achievement rate.
·   Project Manager for Implementation Tableau dashboards to track contact with clients, frequency, technological need, service type, location, etc. to address the needs of our 600+ families during the Covid Pandemic. Resulting in recognition from Wellpoint and a feature in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for my innovative solution in addressing the technology gaps.
·   Oversaw the implementation of a new technology system to improve recruitment of foster homes and the management of vendor services network. Which resulted in a more streamlined and timely application process for both families and vendors. 
·   Recognized by _TMJ4 News_ for the new marketing campaign and positive impact on the community and families.
·   Featured in _WIRED magazine_ for data-driven and empirically validated interventions for trauma-affected children and families.

Vice President of Child and Family Wellbeing

Served as a lead research analyst in the Quality Improvement Section of the Quality Operations Bureau. Oversaw all contract performance data on KPI’s for over 90 contracts totaling over $109M.
**_Accomplishments_**                                           
●      **Project Manager** for all research and implementation plan for FFPSA (Families First Prevention and Safety Act) for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.  Researched national evidence-based prevention programs, built surveys, and analyzed responses with parametric testing as well as facilitating focus groups with over 40 Milwaukee organizations.
●      Used **SAP** Business Intelligence tool to integrate and transform data from Diwisacwis data warehouse and through OLAP. Created new reports and presented data in new enterprise level data visualizations. This allowed the state department to assess for new variables that may be impacting client recidivism.
●      **Project Manager** for migration plan of KPIs into automated Tableau dashboards including training of agency end-users on use of software and reporting which improved business intelligence within the agency.
●      Provided critical analytic support to agency initiatives by examining correlations and trends which resulted in discovering barriers to client referrals and program enrollment for contract partners.
●      Utilized statistical methods to find an association (Correlation, Chi-Square) between key variables. Created predictive models to identify potential outcomes. This resulted in a grant for a new model of intervention that looks at the client’s needs by geolocation, access to resources, and other variables.
