Intern

At Media Tech, I provided campus-wide technical support for students, faculty, and staff at Roger Williams University on the Bristol and Providence campuses. I provided support by assisting customers over the phone, ticketing system, or in person and escalating the problem to the correct department if applicable. I also maintained and served every printer for the university’s school of Architecture and library.
