IPM the organization responsible for the investment and management of resources into safe Investment Portfolio to provide a pension for the members of the Honduran Armed Forces, National Police, and Fire Department. My responsibilities include coordinating activities to comply with the Institution's Strategic Plan, as well as the monitoring of the key performance indicators. Collaborating to provide the technical and financial recommendations related to the investments made by the Pension Fund. In charge of monitoring the compliance with the regulatory entities, such as the Superintendence of Pensions and the Central Bank of Honduras. I have participated to established the short, medium and long-term Investment Plan and Investment Policies, participated in the Executive Investment Committee and the transition into International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

As a Professor, my main responsibilities have been to teach the courses of: Management 101, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Behavior for the Bachelor of Business Administration program. Additionally, this consisted of the planning of the assessment, providing the students with the tools to understand the subject matter through presentations, investigation of current and past cases, in course activities, using the online platform, among others methods. Through my time, I have been trained in the creation of educational material and with the technical knowledge to deploy coursework through the Virtual Campus.

My work at Malteser International Americas, the humanitarian aid agency of the Sovereign Military and Hospital Order of Malta, was multifaceted; He was in charge of administration and communications as part of the technical support team, led by the organization's headquarters in Kholn, Germany. Malteser's work is to serve people affected by disease, poverty, armed conflict, and/or natural disasters through more than 100 projects in 25 countries: Africa, Asia, Central, and South America, and Europe. My job was to help establish the Malteser-Americas representation in Miami, FL. Which led to the development and modernization of the communication scheme for fundraising and information of the organization worldwide.
