Perform administrative tasks in support of the Strategic Services team. Duties include scanning medical records and reports into a computer system, preparing delivery of client medical reports and bills, operating the main switchboard, and other duties as assigned. Make sure all calls are answered in a timely manner, and are assisted as best as possible. Be able to know the different needs of each patient before sending kits to the doctor. Keep track of all the vaccines that are received and sent out, inventory kept up to date, and all supplies in the facility up to date. Prepare needed kits for shipment with all the requirements ready to use for each clinic and each patient. Know the different uses of laboratory tubes, and the required equipment.  Prepare the correct label for each shipment.

Case technician

Draw patient’s blood, make sure they right tope are being used and provide a friendly service. Verification of insurance, answering phone calls, and providing correct information. Create send out test for LabCorp also ensure correct testing forms and codes are being sent out. Provide friendly service, to incoming patients, and give good customer service. Have knowledge of what test’s are covered by what insurance’s, and collect correct insurance information if any were to be missing. Keep track of receipts and payments that are made daily. Keep folders organized, filed, and up to date on insurance verification and add any missing information. Have knowledge of test’s codes that may be needed to run certain test’s and contact clinics to inform on any missing specimens or any additional information needed. Search for results and fax them to doctor’s offices.  Maintain laboratory area clean, organized, and stocked for draws that may come.  Keep up to date on filling and scanning patient’s

Assist patients in the comfort of their own home, with several tasks. Assist with meal preparation, house work, bathing, laundry, grocery shopping if needed. Making sure that all needed tasks are completed by the end of the work shift, ensure the safety of the patient as well as the safety of the caregiver. Make sure to maintain a professional environment with the patient.  Make sure that all the patients needs are meet and keep track of any out of the norm situations.
