I work with my team to reach both daily and monthly goals, all while making sure the store is running smoothly. I report sales and KPI paperwork to my Store Manager and Assistent Manager and work with my other colleagues on the sales floor, whether it is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients or to restock or replenish the floor. I am also responsible for our daily nightly deposits and morning paperwork, as well as inventory management and checking emails everyday that may include updates from our district manager, and making sure everything is adhering to store standards .
