I, Chaitanya Kulkarni am a Master's student and pursuing my degree in Management of Technology from New York University. I have about 3 years of experience in product management, and I love engineering and bringing impactful solutions to market. During my undergraduate degree, I founded and led an FSAE team of 40 members to multiple national and international competitions. \- As Product Manager and first member of the product team, I worked with a cross-functional team of developers, field engineers, marketing and sales team for improving operations and leading product development - right from its conceptualization to product launch to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 
  
\- I worked on development of ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) solution and helped scale it from MVP (Minimum Viable product) phase to product launch, and the solution is currently deployed at over 200 locations with international operations planned in Q2 of 2024 
  
\- My tasks included conducting competitor analysis and evaluating them based on pricing, features and distribution capabilities and making PRD/ MRD for defining product strategy and leading development. 
  
\-In execution phase, my tasks establishing cross-functional collaboration between all the teams, managing and improving the operations of field execution team, product development, working with company CEO and directors for hiring, training new members and defining product roadmap and strategies.
