I’m a textile engineering student graduating this summer from Thomas Jefferson University, with hands-on experience in fabric testing, product development, and CAD modeling. I’ve worked on performance textiles for protective applications and co-led a startup, blending design thinking with engineering execution. I’m passionate about improving how products are made—whether it’s through smarter materials, more intuitive design, or better manufacturing processes.

At TJU, I built a strong foundation in both textile engineering and industrial design, gaining experience in material testing, product development, and digital fabrication. My education emphasized hands-on problem solving and interdisciplinary collaboration—skills I applied in labs, team projects, and research-driven coursework. The program’s balance of technical rigor and creative exploration helped me develop a systems-level approach to product design and manufacturing. I am currently taking my remaining classes online and would be available to work

At Norfab, I was immersed in the development of high-performance woven fabrics, where I gained exposure to the real-world demands of protective textile engineering. Beyond technical testing, I learned how small adjustments in fiber blends or weave structures could drastically impact function. I worked closely with experienced engineers and operators, learning to navigate the tension between lab-based performance metrics and scalable, real-world manufacturability.

As a co-founder at Shipp, I led design strategy from the ground up in a highly iterative, fast-paced environment. I learned to balance creative direction with product viability, running user interviews and turning insights into actionable design decisions in Figma. The experience sharpened my ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, especially when aligning technical feasibility with user needs and business goals.
