I am a native Oregonian. Lived most my life up and down the Willamette Valley. My mother helped guide me into Graphic Design, seeing my potential like nobody else. I enrolled into the Graphic Design school at Oregon State University, and never looked back. I have had a very rich and rewarding career in design. It is a passion for me.

My other passion is drawing. I draw daily. It is the artistic freedom of drawing that I crave and love. My drawing has also helped my approach to design. The nature of my drawings are small, single panel stories where I write captions to support the drawing concept. Doing this has honed my conceptual thought process. I have learned to trust the process. Allow myself to not rush to the first idea that pops into my head, but to instead, sit on it for a few days and think through the whole story, from imagery to writing. It is very fun and therapeutic for me.

Oregon State University

As Creative Director at Pollinate, I managed our team of designers, copywriters, web production, video crew, and media. I was responsible for motivating and inspiring the team - through project planning, and assignments, evaluation and coaching - to produce the highest caliber work.
  
I directed all phases of creative, from concept through production, from small to international clients.
  
In addition to being Creative Director, I also worked as Senior Designer on print, advertising, social media, trade-shows, and full comprehensive campaigns.
