While at Deer Valley Ski Resort, at the bottom terminal, bumped chairs to slow chairs down for guest to get on. At the top terminal, watched guests get off chairlift and stopped chairlift if quest fell down getting off chairlift or did not get off chairlift. Also, provided excellent customer service to guests by welcoming them to Deer Valley and having small conversation with them
