• Providing engineering, data analysis, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Security Controls, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support for Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) information assurance as part of the RMF and Cybersafe Engineering (RACE) team.
o Developing tools, standards, policy and procedures.
o Supporting engineering events and certification-related activities as directed. 
o Working with the Program Executive Office’s (PEO’s) in their transition to RMF, helping with RMF steps 1 (System Categorization) and 2 (Selecting Security Controls).
o Working with the PEO’s in completing Cybersecurity Figure of Merit (CFOM) questionnaires.
o Assisting in the development of enterprise inheritance policy and procedures.

Cybersecurity Analyst

• Acting as the Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) for the Hazardous Weather Detection and Displaying Capability v2.1/v3.1 (HWDDC) (eMASS ID: 1048).
• Supporting the transition of a Navy Enterprise acquisition information system from DIACAP to Risk Management Framework (RMF).  The system provides for integrated electronic commerce within a Navy systems command and associated claimant’s business activities. It is hosted onboard Navy afloat vessels.  
• Populating eMASS with the required artifacts necessary to obtain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) for the system to continue operating as a hosted platform onboard Navy ships. 
• Working with program team and developer to acquire necessary testing, conduct analysis, develop Security Plan (SP), Security Assessment Report (SAR) POA&M, and Risk Assessment Report (RAR) and ensure all required artifacts are uploaded to eMASS, and all security controls are processed and validated.

Information Systems Security Engineer

• Providing Support to the Security Control Assessor (SCA), Project Manager/Delivery and Training Lead for Risk Management Framework (RMF) supporting NAVWAR Cybersecurity Technical Authority (CSTA).
• Researching, interpreting, and consolidating RMF higher authority policy, requirements, architectures, and standard for implementation by the Navy CSTA.
• Researching, interpreting, and consolidating RMF technical and authoritative position requirements for implementation by the Navy CSTA.
• Managing day-to-day operations by tracking, coordinating, collecting, organizing and archiving information related to the Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) program 
• Collecting, collating, and sharing information regarding RMF and Cybersecurity policies, initiatives, updates, practioner feedback, best practices, and convert into an agenda for yearly review/working group.
• Verifying technical feasibility of NIST 800-53 security controls within various systems.

Cybersecurity Support Specialist

• Provided analytical support to Combat Systems (C/S) and Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) availabilities for In-Service Modernization.

• Identified personnel and manpower data, request and confirm quota reservations; and reviews of Command Course reservation reports. 
• Liaised with Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Analysts, Program Manager Representatives (PMR), In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) Representatives, Alteration Installation Teams (AIT) and Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM) regularly, to track status of alterations, plan training and exchange program related information.

Program Analyst

• All-encompassing work with 10000+ employees and staff for Commander, Naval Air Forces Pacific. Developed and managed a project that monitored personnel and training for three U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers.
• Built and managed a database through backend Structured Query Language (SQL) programming, created for the U.S. Navy CVN Hull Swap for three carriers, the Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), the George Washington (CVN 73), and the Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71).
• Reviewed military training schedules and program requirements for personnel and manpower and training program of the Hull Swap.
• Planned military training schedules for assigned personnel.
• Created student spreadsheets and produced reports for training databases including the master crew list, carrier repair lockers and gas mask sizes. Coordinated and tracking NEC’s for each sailor on all three carriers of the Hull Swap through the Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) and the Fleet Training Management and Planning System &#40;FLTMPS&#41;.
