I’ve worked as a  t.v. meteorologist for the last 20 years. I love sharing my passion for weather, traveling and life including my love for cooking and music. I love the beach, it’s my happy place! I also have twin boys, who are soon to be teenagers…

While at the University of Missouri, I majored in environmental science. Here I gained a deeper understanding of the environment, soil sciences & weather phenomenon that impact us every day. I also learned how to communicate that understanding as an "on-air weathercaster" during my junior year at KOMU in central Missouri. From severe weather to casual sunny days, I developed the understanding of how people consume news and the psychology of consuming a weather report.

Main Forecaster for “Today in St. Louis” from 4a-7a. Build graphics and communicate the weather forecast on tv, streaming platforms, & social media. Engage with viewers during live streams and on all social media. Keep the public safe during dangerous or life-threatening weather.

Meteorologist

Weekend Forecaster for “Today in the Bay” in the San Francisco Bay Area. Build weather graphics for the team. Fill-in during the week when active weather is moving through. Fill-in for traffic anchor. Instrumental in creating interactive touchscreen weather graphics.
