Hi there! I am currently a senior at SMU studying both Finance with a concentration in Real Estate along with another BA in Economics. At SMU I am a part of a variety of clubs: I am the VP of DEI for The Women's Netork, an active member of the Real Estate Club, Women in Business, Earth First, Indian Student association and many more.
I am very passionate about real estate, as my past 4 internship experience have been with various real estate companies. Through these roles I have gained a great foundation of qualitative and analytical skills that I hope to carry towards future job opportunities!

Southern Methodist University

• Worked with a dynamic team managing $4.2 billion in assets across the Multifamily, Office, and Industrial space and gained valuable exposure to private equity investment strategies
• Utilized Excel and ARGUS to develop financial models for forecasting and evaluating Industrial property investments
• Conducted detailed market research on the South Florida industrial market, presenting findings to guide investment decisions and identify new opportunities in that region
• Assisted in the preparation of investment committee deliverables, including investment proposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments
