My name is Angelina Remnek. I am from Long Island, New York. I am a rising senior at Wake Forest University. I am majoring in Political Science and International Affairs with minors in Journalism and Contemporary Global Studies. I intend to pursue my J.D. after procuring my B.A. I am seeking an academic and professional path designed to provide
humanity the knowledge to make informed decisions. Due to my inherent adherence to the truth with ambitions to galvanize societal change, I vie to utilize the legal sector to better the world.

I ham majoring in Political Science and International Relations with minors in Journalism and Global Trade and Commerce Studies. I have been aware Dean's List every semester of college thus far. I am a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, an organization that underscores the precepts of liberty and equal justice in order to stimulate excellence in scholarship to inspire the virtue of courage. I am also a member of Sigma Tau Delta Fraternity, a national English honor society. I am a Profiles writer for Her Campus Magazine as well as the Girl to Girl Coordinator of Wake Forest's chapter of Girl Up, a United Nations Foundation. Additionally, I have served as the Virtual Engagement chair of one of the university's largest philanthropy events Project Pumpkin. Most recently, I have been inducted in the Mortar Board Honor Society.

Worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Dr. Gregory Parks in the Wake Forest University School of Law. Compiled spreadsheets with contact information for upcoming projects, copy-edited completed publications, wrote legal memos, and created an index for his recent work "Fight the Power!: Law and Policy Through Hip-hop Songs".

Research Assistant

Prepared memos, briefs, and other writing materials serving to develop legislative reports on a range of issues with special attention to privacy laws as it relates to cybersecurity. Assembled press clips and conducted social media analyses of the Congressman Garbarino's communications team.

Communications Intern

Curated and wrote compelling content for a meticulously cultivated blog expounding on the criminal justice system. Promoted artwork created by incarcerated individuals to bolster and increase awareness for lived experiences in the system.

Compiled and investigated documents serving as a factual basis for slating procedures required for arbitration. Maintained all clients’ legal documents increasing workflow efficiency and file retrieval for law partners. Conferred with clients and other involved parties to gather and track case information.
