Led the development, deployment, design, support, and early access of a cutting-edge Academic Planning solution facilitating efficient degree progress tracking for students and advisors. Combined the Academic Planning product with three disparate products, each on different source codes, to create a unified user experience. Maintained customer relationships throughout early access phases and deployment as the point of contact for success, problem solving, and feedback. Launched the product in under three years, generating $3.5 million in presales, and successfully implemented it at seven universities before training the deployment and support teams. In the first three months of 2023 alone, we onboarded 7,000 unique student users, highlighting the product's immediate user impact and growth potential.

Senior Product Manager

Oversaw a suite of Student Experience tools (Course Scheduling, Registration and Mobile event application) for 200+ institutions, serving 5 million student users. Conducted market research, competitive research and worked closely with engineering to sprint plan, groom, and discuss trade offs for a product roadmap that led to the creation of Civitas Learning's Academic Planning solution.
