- Leading as the designated Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer for all 15 of Marketing Cloud ECS Account Executive’s.
- Supporting the Communications, Media, Telco and Retail business where necessary working on customer engagements including demos and events such as the Retail Summit, Salesforce Live and World Tour.
- Leader of the Whatsapp Heroes Program for EMEA. Supporting demos, responding to queries, aiding implementation of the tool for Virgin Media.
- Certified as Pardot Subject Matter Expert supporting deals where the team are at capacity to drive the business forward, even enabling the AE community.
- Running a yearly three day immersive Marketing Cloud enablement event for the graduate Solution Engineers, building content, recruiting speakers concluding with a pilot peer certification mimicking a customer scenario for value selling.
September 21 – September 22 Associate Marketing Cloud Specialist Solution Engineer
- Led the technical pre-sales strategy across ESMB, ECS and RCG closing multiple new logos for the business.
- Responsible for managing multiple pre-sales projects and thought leadership initiatives for the wider Marketing Cloud Business, including AE Enablement on new products coming into Marketing Cloud such as Pardot.
- Worked on Pardot and Cross Cloud deals where I was able to marry core cloud competency with Marketing Cloud knowledge.
- As Women's Network Events Chair, led event ideation, made budget cases, planned 8 events including two global international women's day events, orchestrated and ran a global Girls that Invest Session.
