With a decade of experience in a melange of Big Tech and Staffing organizations, I have proved to be a strong candidate and client advocate. While I pride myself on providing a positive candidate experience,  my biggest strength lies within client management. Even within a global organization, I was able to redefine a new job family and create and implement best practices to foster equitable hiring. I am an advocate of diverse thought, action, and hiring.

**Recruiting**
I was the sole recruiter selected among a 20 person team to spearhead the hiring for a global, new-to-Google job family. I implemented equitable hiring practices, such as interview slates, guides & question banks for hiring managers and preparation documents for candidates. I quickly built trust with senior stakeholders to provide more rigor and equity to the hiring process. I lead and coached a group of Recruiters on implementing these new practices.
Every quarter, I exceeded my fill quota by over 200%, averaging 1.5 hires a week, the highest among my team. I maintained 100% satisfaction rate for candidates who received offers and over 90% for candidates who did not receive an offer, also the highest on my team. I maintained a diverse and equitable hiring practice by exceeding Google’s Pipeline Building Benchmarks each quarter (focused on Women+, Black+, Latin+, Native+).
**Client Management**
I fostered strong relationships with my internal customers, Google’s executive stakeholders (up to Senior Director, Level 9 internally). I received several bonus awards (gThanks) from Managers for my work with their teams. I coached my clients on proper and equitable hiring practices and helped implement these into our process.

Recruiting Lead

**National Recruiting Manager (remote)**
After achieving four contest wins (sales goals), I was promoted to a dual national recruiting and managerial role. As a Lead, I managed, onboarded, trained and retained seven direct reports, whose tenures ranged from recent college graduate to 10 years. I trained other Leads and Managers on how to onboard new hires. I was recognized as an Emerging Leader and participated in a yearlong a leadership development program.
In addition to my lead role, was responsible for sourcing, screening, placing, and maintaining national Data Science resources across the US for our external customers, including but not limited to government, healthcare, technology and non-profits.
**Recruiter & Account Manager (Washington, DC)**
I was identified as a top Rookie Recruiter in the North East for achieving $12k in weekly revenue and top Rookie Account Manager in the NE for reaching $20k in weekly revenue. I was responsible for identifying and building relationships with both candidates and clients, helping them identify their business challenges and working to alleviate those with excellent resources.
