I’ve worked in recruiting for five years. All of my experience has been full cycle recruitment, most recently I am doing internal recruitment and working alongside stakeholders.

I double majored at Cal Poly in Anthropology and Geography. My education in anthropology specifically has been very relevant to my career in recruiting.

Performed full cycle recruitment for several of our key technical, functional, and legal teams including: Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data, and Cloud Engineering; Technical Account Management, Technical Sales, Contract Management, Technical Support, and Technical Interns.

Experience full cycle recruitment: interviewed, offered, negotiated and closed candidates for assigned requirements. Recruite and hire Technical candidates in state and out-of-state for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements for all IT positions for multiple clients. Identify, qualify, and close candidates through the use of Internet sites, senior technical resume database, and referrals. Filter through and review completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant's work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements. Develop and mentor junior recruiters on best practices and client needs.
