·      Provide day-to-day legal and executive support for Co-Managing Partner, Chairman of Firm and special counsel
·      Draft shells/first drafts of pleadings, and discovery
·      Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting
·      Prepare draft engagement letters/fee agreements
·      Calendar deadlines and court hearings and coordinate meetings and depositions
·      Communicate (both orally and in writing) with clients concerning matter status and with opposing counsel, as needed
·      Schedule CourtCall/LACourtConnect appearances and reserve motion hearing dates
·      Backup support for other legal assistants, as needed
