I was working in a team as part of a large airline unit including Terminal, CCTV, Ramp Operations and integrated operation center to achieve below daily operational targets:

-	Protect the interests of Qatar Airways to avoid unlawful acts of interference. 
-	Supervise and lead teams to achieve day-to-day Security Operational Objectives.
-	Train, develop and discipline staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.
-	Verify all travel documents referred by customer service agents to avoid any INADs.
-	Coordinate daily with other immigration officers’ representatives to keep last illegal immigrants’ trends updated.
-	Coordinate daily with Airport Authorities stakeholders to ensure the compliance with Local Regulations.
-	Escort Unruly/INAD/Mentally instable Customers to their destinations.
-	Prepare shift report to update the management about all incidents that occurred shift wise.
