Supply Network Operations Planner

We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Network Operations Planner to join the Procter & Gamble family. This role is critical for the success of the Supply Network team and requires someone who is passionate about the products we make and the customers we serve.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in Supply Network operations planning and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; an ability to work independently and collaboratively; and a strong customer service orientation.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing operational planning activities within the Supply Network, including inventory management, supply/demand coordination, and customer service. Responsibilities: -Manage and execute operational planning activities within the Supply Network, including inventory management, supply/demand coordination, and customer service. -Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve efficiency and meet customer service objectives. -Analyze data and develop plans to optimize supply chain operations. -Work with other departments to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations. -Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. -Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory data. -Monitor and report on Supply Network performance. -Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions and strategies to address them. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. -Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
