  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and efficiency improvement.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Conduct data analysis and use findings to make data-driven recommendations for supply chain improvements.
  4. Support the management of supplier relationships and work to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  5. Help to identify and troubleshoot supply network issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain projects and initiatives.
  7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
  8. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain activities and address any concerns.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
  10. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek out opportunities to make a positive impact on the supply chain.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Supply Network Operations Co-Op At Procter & Gamble Must Be Able To Analyze Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In The Supply Chain Process.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles, Including Inventory Management, Forecasting, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Working With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners, So Effective Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Essential.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software: As A Co-Op In Supply Network Operations, You Will Be Expected To Use Various Data Analysis Tools And Software To Analyze And Interpret Large Data Sets. Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools Is A Must.
