Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the Procter & Gamble team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial leadership, analysis, and guidance to the P&G organization. This person will have an understanding of global markets and business trends, a willingness to learn, and a passion for driving value through financial excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field. They should also possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and be a CPA or CMA. This individual must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also have strong technical skills, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and financial software packages. The Senior Finance Manager must be comfortable working independently and collaborating with others in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and provide financial guidance and analysis to the P&G organization.

5. Prepare financial statements, reports, analyses, and other financial documents.

7. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, as well as financial modeling and analysis.
8. Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and ensure financial stability.
9. Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Review and assess financial performance of suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners.
11. Assist with the development and implementation of internal control processes and procedures.
12. Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
13. Identify and manage any financial risks or exposures.
14. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
