Job Description

As a Plant Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our plant and the production of high-quality goods.   1. Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, electrical, or operational issues that may arise.
  5. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
  6. Keep accurate records of production data and report any deviations or issues to management.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete tasks and meet production goals.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and waste reduction.
  9. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Assist with training new employees on plant operations and safety procedures.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to manufacturing and production.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improvement.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
