As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for setting and meeting production targets while ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will have the opportunity to drive improvement and innovation in our production processes while fostering a culture of collaboration and respect. To be successful in this role, you must possess a combination of strategic vision and tactical execution, a commitment to safety, and the ability to motivate and inspire a large workforce. You should have a proven track record of successful operations management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
