  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

  3. Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all equipment.
  4. Utilize technical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, including documentation of any changes made.
  6. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize production processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to provide updates on equipment status and any potential issues.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with equipment, and ensure that all team members do the same.
  9. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in manufacturing equipment to make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
  10. Take ownership of equipment and ensure that it is always in good working condition to meet production demands.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Mechanical And Electrical Troubleshooting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Both Mechanical And Electrical Systems In Order To Effectively Diagnose And Resolve Equipment Issues.

  • Experience With Manufacturing Equipment: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working With Manufacturing Equipment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Production Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: Due To The Potentially Hazardous Nature Of Operating Manufacturing Equipment, Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Adhere To Them Consistently.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Think Critically And Troubleshoot Complex Problems Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Issues To Minimize Downtime.

  • Attention To Detail: Manufacturing Equipment Owners Must Be Meticulous In Their Work And Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure Proper Operation And Maintenance Of Equipment. This Includes Keeping Accurate Records And Performing Routine Maintenance Tasks.
