Job Description

At Procter & Gamble, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Making Process Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will use your technical expertise to help lead the development of manufacturing processes and provide technical support for existing processes. You must have a strong technical background, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and an eye for detail. If you are an innovative thinker who loves solving complex problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering) or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You must also be able to work effectively in a team and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Additionally, you should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.We believe that the ideal candidate for this role is an individual who is self-motivated and driven, with a passion for creating and improving processes.
