1. Manage LDAP directory and related activities, including troubleshooting, configuration, and security.

3. Implement LDAP, NDS, and Active Directory policies and procedures.
4. Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with security protocols.
5. Monitor and troubleshoot directory service system issues.
6. Support users with authentication and directory service problems.
7. Analyze and provide solutions to complex LDAP and directory service problems.
8. Develop scripts and tools to automate directory services processes.
9. Create and maintain documentation for LDAP and directory service policies and procedures.
10. Participate in the development of new directory service technologies.
