- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and development.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support the development of new processes and technologies.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of new processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for optimization.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to team members and management.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Strong Knowledge Of Process Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Process Development Principles And Methodologies, Including Design Of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, And Process Optimization.
Experience In Consumer Goods Industry: Procter & Gamble Is A Leading Consumer Goods Company, So Candidates With Prior Experience In This Industry Will Be Given Preference. This Includes Experience In Product Development, Supply Chain Management, And/Or Manufacturing Processes.
Analytical Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Draw Meaningful Insights To Drive Process Improvements. Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Minitab, Or Jmp Is Preferred.
Collaborative Mindset: As Part Of The Integrated Process Development Team, The Co-Op Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Including R&D, Engineering, And Manufacturing. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Others.
Strong Communication Skills: The Co-Op Will Be Responsible For Presenting Findings And Recommendations To Internal Stakeholders, Including Senior Management. Therefore, Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. Experience In Presenting Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences Is A Plus.
