Job Description

At Procter & Gamble, we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in all HR matters, while ensuring that our HR processes are aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR practices, as well as a dedicated commitment to advancing the success of our organization. We are looking for a leader who is an organized, highly-motivated problem solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field• 5+ years of progressive HR experience• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR management strategies• In-depth understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and compensation and benefits• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
