  1. Optimize and maintain facilities globally to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  9. Provide technical support and training to facility staff to ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  12. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  13. Demonstrated commitment to delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or Engineering.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting And Scheduling.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
