The Budget Coordinator & Team Administrator will be responsible for monitoring budget management activities for the organization and providing administrative support to the team. To be successful in this position, the Budget Coordinator & Team Administrator should have excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. The following qualifications are required:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field• Previous experience in budget management, financial analysis, and/or accounting• Ability to use financial software and databases to track and analyze budget data • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Monitor budget management activities for the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Develop and maintain budget plans for departments and projects.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Analyze budget data and create financial models for budget forecasting.
- Monitor expenses and report on discrepancies.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures.
- Research and recommend potential budget management strategies.
- Liaise with other departments and external vendors to ensure budget accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
