  1. Develop and implement automation and digital transformation strategies to optimize warehouse operations and increase efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and create solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Design, program, and test automation systems and equipment to meet project requirements.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, equipment, and processes.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
  6. Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and cost savings.
  7. Create and maintain documentation related to automation systems, processes, and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor team members on automation systems and processes.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of automation equipment.
  10. Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of automation projects with business goals.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols when implementing and maintaining automation systems.
  13. Participate in project planning and budgeting activities related to automation initiatives.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on automation technology and provide guidance and recommendations to management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess current automation processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Automation Or Robotics.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Automated Systems In A Warehousing Or Intralogistics Environment.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Java, As Well As Experience With Automation Software And Platforms.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations And Supply Chain Processes, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Trends And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues In Automated Systems And Recommend Improvements For Efficiency And Productivity.
