Automation and Controls Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Design, install, and maintain automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues.
3. Create technical drawings and diagrams for automation and control systems.
4. Remain up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
5. Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for automation and control systems.
6. Work independently and collaboratively with other team members, both in-person and remotely.
7. Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to effectively identify and resolve technical issues.
8. Monitor and analyze system performance and take appropriate action to optimize system performance.
9. Implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure safe operation of automation and control systems.
10. Develop and implement maintenance and testing procedures for automation and control systems.
