Bachelor's Degree In Advertising, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Creative Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Advertising Campaigns For Major Brands.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends.
Exceptional Writing And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Sell Creative Ideas To Clients And Stakeholders.
