<p>Take OS&D calls and reports from drivers and customers. Coordinate with customers to determine disposition of refused freight. Make arrangements to track, secure, and redeliver rejected freight. Investigate and review claims to determine carrier liability. Maintain claim journals and reporting requirements. Process claim payments and deliver charges. Provide proof of delivery and donation receipts to customers upon request. Assist the department with other general duties.
